This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with translating the header menu on their website using WPML. Despite following the standard guide for translating menus, the menu does not change when switching languages, possibly due to a conflict with the Sonaar.io theme or another plugin.
Solution:
We recommend deactivating all plugins except for WPML and its add-ons to check if the issue persists. If the problem is resolved, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin. Ensure to back up your site before making these changes. If your site is live, consider performing these steps in a staging environment.

For detailed steps on translating menus, please visit our documentation: Translating WPML Menus Guide.
The client mentioned that the problem was solved by the authors of the theme. They wrote:

I had assistance from the theme developer and they provided a custom JavaScript Code to fix the issue.. It had to do with the Ajax of the theme not loading the header.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If issues persist, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate all content on my website, and while most content is translating normally, the menus do not change when I switch languages. You can see the issue on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
The header menu is not translated in all languages, or it does not translate consistently.

Questions:
Can you help with translating the menu in different languages?

Hi,

We suspect a collision with a third-party plugin that might cause this problem. If possible, get your site into a minimum environment by activating no other plugins except WPML.

Deactivate all plugins except WPML and its add-ons. Then, please check if the problem persists. If it does not persist, start by activating the plugins individually and checking when the issue comes back, then report to me which plugin was the culprit.

**** Important! Please make a full site backup (files and DB) before you proceed with those steps****

*** If your site is live, you might want to try those procedures in a staging environment or a snapshot of your site on your local server or another server. ***

Regards,
Itamar.

I had assistance from the theme developer and they provided a custom JavaScript Code to fix the issue.. It had to do with the Ajax of the theme not loading the header. Thanks,
