I am trying to: Display the correspondant main menu in Spanish or Portuguese

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:hidden link

I expected to see: Main menu in the right language.

Instead, I got: English menu.

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I took a detailed look in your website and could confirm the issue, before a more detailed investigation, please, try the following:

1 - Increase the current memory limit for WordPress from your current value of 128M to 256M. See: https://wordpress.org/support/article/editing-wp-config-php/#increasing-memory-allocated-to-php

2 - Disable all the plugins except the WPML related plugins and test your main navigation in all your website languages.

It will help us to isolate any possible plugin conflict or server resources related issues here.

IMPORTANT: Please, note, a backup is required for security reasons and to avoid any data loss, you can use the https://wordpress.org/plugins/backupwordpress/ plugin for these backup needs.

Hello, we have 1532M for memory, We tried disbling all plugins except WPML and the problem persist.
What is weird is that it only happens wit one menu (main). The secondary menus works properly.

Thank you for the updates. I've just checked the migrated website, it seems some issue occurred during the migration process as there are many missing files in the migrated website. Let's try an alternative approach then:

To best troubleshoot the issue, please make a snapshot of your site using the Duplicator plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/. This will allow me to try and duplicate the error so that I can run further tests without interrupting your live site.

Once the snapshot is complete, either upload the snapshot ZIP file and the installer.php file to a file sharing service such as Dropbox (and share the link in your reply) or right click the Duplicator links in your wp-admin and paste in your reply.
Please note: It is important to reduce the size of the package so please exclude some paths like /cache or /uploads and also exclude archives and media files.I will also need the username and password of an account that was created BEFORE creating the duplicator package.I will enable the next reply to be private so only you and I have access to it!
