This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is testing translations on their website and received a message stating they don't have enough credits for automatic translation, despite having purchased the WPML Multilingual CMS plan which includes translation credits.
Solution:
We recommend checking your current credit usage by navigating to WPML → Translation Management in your site's dashboard. For a more detailed overview, you can download the full usage report from the Tools tab. For further instructions, please visit Automatic Translation Invoices.
If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your specific case, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket. Additionally, please check related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. For further assistance, you can contact us directly through the WPML support forum.
