I am trying to: migrate all pages content from wp multilang to WPML using qtranslate importer.
As recommended in your site, I disabled wp multilang and activated wpml.
How can I solve the problem?
Thank you in advance

Thank you for contacting WPML support!
Can you tell me if the plug-in you are importing the content from is in fact this one:
Because this is not the same as qTranslate X:
And our plug-in:
Is built to imports translations from the qTranslate X. However, the only forum thread I was able to find related WP Multilang is this one:
Can you check this thread and what my colleague Yvette has suggested there? Apart from what has been written and answered there, I'm not sure I can provide any more information.
On a side note, I have actually never tried doing the import using https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/qtranslate-importer/ for WP Multilang, since these are separate plugins. But if they share a similar or the same code base (one being the fork of another, which is something I cannot tell you because I have not tested or worked with them), you may want to try it - who knows, perhaps it will work, but most likely will not and will throw errors at the beginnings.
As for the warning message you're seeing in the back end of the site, it is not a fatal error in the you can skip it at this point in try importing.
