Hello,

Is your page fully translated?

If the translation for a certain page does not currently exist the language switcher will not be present.

you can do the following to work around this;

Please go to WPML=>Languages=> enable "Link to home of language for missing translations"

Let me know your results

Note: Also do verify that from within WPML->Languages-> Menu language switcher you have added the language switcher to the correct menu

Hello,

To translate the menus you have to go to Appearance->Menus-> on the top right you can see the "+" icons to add the translations to the menu.

Can you see that ?

From there you can verify if it is translated or if you need to transalte it.

Let me know your results

This is a standard option from WordPress (see my screenshot)

do you see it once your theme is switched to a standard theme as Twenty16 ?

If yes i recommend contacting your theme support regarding this so they can explain why this is happening and from where you could change the menus.

At the moment where do you edit your current menu> (theme options ? )
