Hi WPML Support Team,
I am opening this ticket again because my previous one was closed, but the issue persists. I am experiencing a critical problem with the WooCommerce sidebar filters on my multilingual store.
The product attribute filters display perfectly on the original language pages (German), but they are completely missing on all translated category pages (e.g., Slovak).
Here are the details of the issue:
Original Language: German (All filters and attributes show up correctly in the sidebar).
Translated Languages: Slovak and 19 others (The attribute filters do not appear in the sidebar).
What I have already checked and verified:
All products and their variations (over 130,000 variations) are translated.
All product categories are 100% translated.
All product attributes (colors, dimensions, materials, etc.) and their terms are fully translated via WPML Taxonomy Translation.
When I manually inspect a translated product in the backend, the translated attributes are correctly assigned to it. The products look identical in both languages.
Troubleshooting steps I have already taken (none of which resolved the issue):
I went to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and cleared all WooCommerce transients.
I ran the "Recount terms" tool.
I ran the "Regenerate the product attributes lookup table" tool.
I went to WPML > WooCommerce Multilingual > Attributes and ran the "Synchronize attributes and update product variations" tool.
Following a previous automated suggestion, I went to WPML > Theme and plugin localization and successfully scanned my theme (Woodmart Child), woodmart-core, and WooCommerce Multilingual for strings (found 160 strings). I checked String Translation, but the filters still do not appear.
Could you please investigate this deeply? Given the number of variations, could this be a database inconsistency or a specific conflict with how WPML handles Woodmart's attribute widgets?
