Hi, there are three products in the website missing product variations and I don't know how to add them. You can see the problem here:

Are those global attributes that are added at Products -> Attributes or have they been added individually for each product?

Please go to WPML -> Taxonomy Translation and select the Attributes option from the dropdown. Then complete the translations and/or snyc the taxonomies if applicable.

Also, by going to WooCommerce -> WooCommerce Multilingual -> Attributes you will find the same options, in order to translate the attributes. Check also the Status tab for notifications about missing translations. The Status tab also provides a troubleshoot option in the right bottom corner. Try here to sync your products, taxonomies and more.
