I am trying to: regarding my post here https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wprentals-theme-missing-translations-in-translated-listing/, latest version installed but I get only 2 ship features in italian version and 2 in spanish version.
Now, after upgrade, last 6 listings I've inserted has the same number of features but not the same.
Why translated version didn't has the same features as the original one?
This has worked as expected for the first 20/25 boats I've inserted on my site.
Thank you.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Privacy and Security Policy

We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:

**IMPORTANT**

- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link

Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.

Hello,

Thank you for the provided details. I took a detailed look in your website and noticed most of your issues are related to custom fields not setup properly to be translated/copied from your default language to your secondary languages.

For example in the attached screenshot you see the 'fuel-policy' custom field is not set as 'copy' instead it is set as 'don't translate' it means this custom field value will be missed in your translation or will have the wrong value in your translation. That being said, please, try the following:

1 - In your WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Settings > Custom Fields Translations review all the listing related custom fields as those you need to be copied to your secondary languages as 'copy' or 'copy once'. The ones you need to translate the values should be set as 'translate'.

2 - Now access any list you need to see the changes in action and click to update it, the update action will make sure the fields values are copied to the secondary languages according your custom fields translations preferences done in the step above.

See: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-custom-fields/
Please, let me know if it helps, have a nice day.
