Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support.
By generating the missing file, do you mean the wpml-config.xml file?
If so, navigate to WPML > Settings > Custom XML Configuration and paste the xml code & click on save.

If you have any doubts, please let me know.

Thanks,
Rohan

Hello,

As mentioned in the reference ticket, please try adding the below code:

<wpml-config>
	<admin-texts>
		 <key name="wprmenu_options">
			<key name="menu" />
		 </key>
		</key>
	</admin-texts>

</wpml-config>

Let me know whether it's working for you.

Thanks,
Rohan

Hello,

thank you Rohan. We were able to get the same string translation line like in the origin issue. Now we added our ID of the german menu, but dont get any results out of it. So the mobile menu in german is still empty and just a white screen. I added some screenshots of our problem. Should be the right ID at the right place.
Any ideas how we can continue solving this issue now?

Kind Regards
Stefan

Hello,

I would suggest taking the menu id from the admin side.
If you have any difficulties, please let me know.

Thanks,
Rohan

Hey Rohan,

With Admin Side you mean the wp-Admin backend?
We got our ID from that backend view and the Screenshot Shows the backend wpr viele too.

Do you have a more precise place to look for that ID?

Thank you and Kind regards
Stefan
