Hi,

I'm trying to translate a Monstroid2 site logo in English but can't find the strings. There are two images, a standard one and another for retina.

Please see attached screenshot.

Thanks.

François

Hello.

If these are theme configuration fields, you will need to include them in a language configuration file (e.g. wpml-config.xml) located at the root directory of your theme.

Here is more information on this:
https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/

Specifically you should read the section: "5. Admin texts / wp_options "

If you need further assistance in creating/modifying this file, please write back posting the contents of your existing wpml-confing.xml file.

Thank you!

I think it would be faster and easier if I could attempt to create this file for you.

1. Plugins
Please install and activate the following plugins
ARI Adminer
File Manager

2. Temporary access to your system
Could you please provide access to your system (wp-admin and ftp) so that I can further investigate this particular problem? The fields to provide this data are included in a private section that I will open for your next response. You can find it above the comments area. The information in this private section is only visible between WPML Support and you.

3. I will post the contents of the file I create in this same thread.

Thanks.

Hello.

The following lines were added to the existing wpml-config.xml file at the root director of your theme.

      <key name="header_logo_url"/>
      <key name="retina_header_logo_url"/>

These are now available for translation in your String Translation table (see image).

I hope this resolves your issue.
