Hello,
Thank you for contacting WPML support.

1.- I recommend you to visit this link where you will find our official documentation about this subject: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/multi-currency-support-woocommerce/

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

2.- Please increase the PHP Memory Limit. Minimum requirements are 128Mb: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/
You can add this to wp-config.php to increase WP memory:

/** Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M');
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );

- Add it above the line /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

Kind regards,
Carlos

Hi there,
Thank you very much for your message.

I suspect that the issue is caused by an interacction issue between WPML and a third party functionality. I would like to ask you to follow this steps in order to isolate the cause of the issue:
- Back up your site first before making any change, this is for security reasons.
- Update any outdated plugin and/or theme.
- Flush all cache memory.
- Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML.
- Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Seventeen.
- If the issue is gone, activate one by one to see with which one there is an interaction issue.

Could you tell me the result of this steps?

Regards,
Carlos

Hi there,
Thank you very much for your feedback.

In this case I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Regards,
Carlos

Hi there,
Thank you very much for the information provided.

I visited the site and I can see that there are still several outdated plugins and themes, including WPML plugins (we released a new version today). Please update the outdated plugins and themes.

When everything is updated I kindly ask you to double check if the issue persists.

Also, I noticed Javescript errors in the JS console of the browser which I suspect might be causing this issue. Please solve this Javascript errors and let me know if the issue persists.

Regards,
Carlos

Hi Carlos,

Now all plugin are updated and tried with default theme. Got still error. When use default theme, not show Javascript errors in the JS console. But Currency is not working. I think it is not related with outdated plugins and themes. I can't update theme with current version bez i didn't use child theme. I noticed that I got these error after updated WPML .

Please help me to check. My client want to launch website as soon as possible.

Thanks for ur support.

Hi,
Thank you very much for updating the credentials.

I double check the site as an admin user and as an anonymous user and the site seems to be working fine now. There is a Javascript error in the JS Console in the browser but the multicurrency is working correctly.

I recommend you to:
- Go to Woocommerce -> Woocommerce Multilingual -> Status tab -> Fix the errors that appear there.
- Go to Settings -> Permalinks -> Re-save the permalink structure.
- Go to Woocommerce -> Woocommerce Multilingual -> Settings tab -> Sync all the products.
- Fix the JS error (custom coding falls outside of our scope as a support service), for this I recommend you to contact the theme's authors.

The steps above are just to make sure there are no erros related to Woocommerce Multilingual, because I couldn't reproduce the issue this time after you updated the plugins.

Best regards,
Carlos
