I am trying to:
automatically update exchange rates using one of the two recommended services

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multi-lingual > Settings > Multi-currency tab
will provide details in PM

I expected to see:
automatic currency rates update working on my admin page;m

Instead, I got:
after creating an account on each, and generating API as well, I set up my multi currency auto update option, only to receive the following errors which make no sense

fixer.io - You have not supplied an API Access Key. [Required format: access_key=YOUR_ACCESS_KEY] (NO, I supplied the correct API provided into my brand new account).
currencylayer.com - you entered a wrong API (NOPE, it is correct, double checked).

I'm having this issue, pretty critical actually as shipping costs are now off. Can we get a quick fix for this?

Hi @viviank-2, this fix still has the status of "testing" within our internal system, hopefully if will pass all the testing and will be out as soon as possible.

Hi,

This has been fixed in WooCommerce Multilingual 4.5.0:
https://wpml.org/download/woocommerce-multilingual/?section=changelog

It includes:
- Fixed not valid API key when trying manually update exchange rates

Can you try now?

Bruno Kos
