Tell us what you are trying to do?
We have created two separate CSV file one eng.csv a ch.csv
we have imported successfully but the translation of another post not created. always made a new post in another language

Is there any documentation that you are following?

What kind of data are your trying to import? If it's page builder data or WooCommerce products, String Translation and Translation Management might be needed.

I'd also recommend you increase the WP Memory Limit, as this could lead to errors. PHP memory limit is fine but WordPress uses 40Mb as default. Minimum requirements for WPML are 128Mb.
Add this near the top of wp-config.php file (after the php opening tag) to increase WP memory:

/** WP Memory Limit */
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

The wp-config.php file is located in your WordPress root directory. It's the same file where the database configuration settings are. You will have to access it by FTP or SFTP in order to edit it.

Finally, are you using a brand new column as unique identifier? It's important you don't use a value that is already used elsewhere (for example translation id), but another identifier only used for this purpose.
