Please make a full backup of your site before sharing this info!

You can use plugins such as UpdraftPlus WordPress Backup Plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) or ask your host to perform a site backup.

Hi Bruno

It seems a bit overkill to go all that way. This is the third timje this is happening. So apparently nothing was solved the other times. The solution then given to me was to uninstall and completely re-install manually.
It seems ridiculous to repeat this process again and again.
Providing a valid key and recognizing a valid key is an absolute basic function.
I paid this license to get automatic updates. This hasn't been the case. I don't get paid to use my time to solve issues I shouldn't be having.
Send me a valid key as I paid for.

I see (I just checked your other threads). In that case, can you provide me with wp-admin info (as I will need it, no matter what) and I will bring this to our 2nd tier for further checking?

Again, we've done this before, with no avail. The definition of insanity is to repaet the same action and expect a different outcome.
So please stop telling me what efforts and time consuming actions I need to do, but fulfill YOUR obligation I paid for.

Hello Andre,

This is Andrey here. We have checked the issue you have reported.

We found out that the URL registered is hidden link and not hidden link.

You need to do the following:

1) Remove the current site key that has registered for hidden link;
https://wpml.org/account/sites/
https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#register

2) Register again the website with the correct URL - hidden link;

3) Using the new key register your website.

Let me know how it goes.
