My website is not translated the way it should

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate your website's sections into French and German, but the pages are not translating correctly. In the translation editor, it either shows the translation as complete while still in English or displays no fields to translate.
Solution:
The issue was with the MU plugins interfering with the translation process. We resolved this by renaming the MU plugin file, which corrected the display of translated pages. To ensure all sections of your site are translated, such as the footer or header, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the template of the section you want to translate (e.g., footer or header).
2. Click on 'update' to refresh the translations.
If you encounter similar issues or if the solution provided does not resolve your problem, it might be due to outdated methods or a different case scenario. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. hassanM-11	We are trying to translate our website's different sections in French and German languages, however the pages are not translated properly. When we click translate, the tool takes to translation editor, where it shows the translation is already complete, but either its still English or shows no fields to translate. For example check this link hidden link this is definitely not French, so are the other pages. We dont know how this tool working.

hassanM-11	1. The website's mega menu is not translated to Azerbaijani, French, or German at all 2. When I click on Top links in the Mega Menu, they show nothing. Just empty pages, for example, I clicked About after selecting French, and it showed empty page, screenshot attached. 3. We need all of the pages in Mega Menu and Footer translated to French, German, and Azerbaijani languages. Please make sure, no other pages should be translated except the ones listed in the Mega Menu and Footer.

I was checking the French version of the site, and I was able to spot some issues. I kindly ask you to share the access credentials to the site in your next message, which I have set private. Carlos Rojas Supporter	Hi again, I just ran some troubleshooting steps and double-checked the WPML configuration. Everything seems to be working correctly. There are still untranslated Elementor templates that you need to translate in WPML -> Translation Dashboard. Once those templates are translated, the content will show correctly in the secondary languages.

hassanM-11	Hi Carlos, Thank you for providing the video, we are already doing the same way. However the issues are still there, I will send you pages for your information. I am verifying and translating these pages to all languages but its not showing complete content in the translation editor. Lets go one by one menu. For now, I am sharing content from About menu (the associated pages meant the pages which are lined in the Mega Menu and Footer.) 1. hidden link (not displaying media for many of the agents in azerbaijani and french. For german, its showing no records found) 2. Contact us page hidden link in arabic shows english form, media in the header is missing, french and german, no translation at all. 3. Careers page hidden link (no translation for any language arabic, french, german, or azerbaijani) 4. Facility management hidden link (no translation in French, German, or Azerbaijani) 5. Property Management hidden link (azerbaijani shows all english, french and german no translation at all, even I translated these pages twice today. 6. Know your customer hidden link (no translation in Azerbaijani, French, or German) 7. Legal and Compliance hidden link (no translation in azerbaijani, french or german) 8. Investment Opportunities hidden link (no translation in german and french) 9. UAE Golden Visa hidden link (in arabic, the content is left aligned, it should begin from right side, Azerbaijani shows english content, no translation for german and french) Please have a look and fix these pages. It would be helpful if you share your notes about how you fixed these so we dont have to request you to do the same for the next pages Thank you

Carlos Rojas Supporter	Hi there, Thank you very much for the detailed message 1.- To show the images of the agents in the secondary languages, you just need to update the translations. I created a video showing how to do it with one agent: hidden link 2.- In the contact page in Arabic: - The form is loaded using a script from another page that seems to be a CRM. To translate the form, you might need to create a form in each secondary language in the CRM, manually edit the contact page in the secondary languages using Elementor, and then paste the correct code for the form in each language. This content is not within your site, so it cannot be translated using WPML. Regarding the content: I have tried to translate some pages to Arabic several times, but the translation fails at some point. I suspect that the cause of the issue is that the elements used in Elementor are not registered correctly. To take a deeper look at this issue, I need to kindly ask you to create a staging site with a copy of the production site (you can use the WP Staging plugin for free). Then share the access credentials in your next message, which I have set private. This will allow me to run more tests without affecting the production site.

hassanM-11	Hi Carlos, We do have a staging site but another development team is testing some options on it so I guess sharing the same staging site to two teams will not work. You can continue your work on the live site, this is backed up twice a day, we have no issues. Please feel free to check the issue and help us resolve it. Besides this, the weekend starts after tomorrow so we have a little more flexibility. We are particularly concerned about the header (mega menu) and the footer in French and German languages, secondly all the pages linked in Header and footer should be up and running smooth in every translation. As far the agents are concerned, we will follow your video and do it by ourselves. Thank you very much for your support. Best Regards

In order to isolate the cause of the issue, I will need to run further tests on a minimal setup, which I can't do on the production site because there is a high risk of breaking it. Could you create another staging site and share the credentials in your next message, so I can continue the investigation?
