[Resolved] My website is not translated the way it should
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You are trying to translate your website's sections into French and German, but the pages are not translating correctly. In the translation editor, it either shows the translation as complete while still in English or displays no fields to translate. Solution: The issue was with the MU plugins interfering with the translation process. We resolved this by renaming the MU plugin file, which corrected the display of translated pages. To ensure all sections of your site are translated, such as the footer or header, follow these steps: 1. Navigate to the template of the section you want to translate (e.g., footer or header). 2. Click on 'update' to refresh the translations. If you encounter similar issues or if the solution provided does not resolve your problem, it might be due to outdated methods or a different case scenario. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.
This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Nothing is solved. We still have the same issue. We request you to please translate our website's header and footer in Arabic, Azerbaijani, French and German languages.
WPML is not working for our website, NOT AT ALL.
Please help us in a practical way.
We are experiencing an issue with translating text within our Mega Menu.
Issue Description
The website is configured with WPML and multiple languages. Most content translates correctly; however, the text displayed inside the Mega Menu is not available for translation and remains in the default language on translated pages.
We would appreciate your guidance on how to make the Mega Menu text translatable or any troubleshooting steps you recommend.

Hi there!
The problem is related that you have a header build via Website theme --> Theme Builder and another one via Elementor --> theme builder. The translation is getting the one from Elementor as a Header.
So please only use one, use the one from website theme and remove the other one.
After further investigation, I can confirm that the website header is not being rendered from Elementor Theme Builder templates.
Current header source:
1. The active header is being rendered through the Website Theme → Theme Builder configuration.
2. Website Theme → Theme Builder URL: hidden link
Additional verification:
1. I checked Elementor → Theme Builder → Header templates.
2. All header layouts listed there are inactive and are not assigned to display conditions.
Therefore, no Elementor Theme Builder header template is currently controlling the frontend header output (screenshot attached).
Based on this setup, the site's header appears to be generated by the active theme's builder/framework rather than by an Elementor Theme Builder header template.
Should I remove both inactive header templates on Elementor -> Theme Builder -> Header?
Please advise on the next steps for further investigation.
