MY WPML account do not have credits and cant translate the website

mahmoudQ	Background of the issue: I am trying to translate my website using WPML. I bought the middle package, which should include 90,000 credits. Symptoms: My WPML account shows zero credits, and I cannot translate the pages. Questions: Why does my WPML account show zero credits when I purchased a package with 90,000 credits? How can I resolve the issue of not being able to translate my website due to zero credits?

Mihai Apetrei WPML Supporter since 03/2018 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: Europe/Bucharest (GMT+03:00)	Hi there. From what I can see, you have 88450 credits assigned to that site. Where you see zero refers to the current credits on your WPML.org account. If you assigned the credits to the site, they moved from your WPML.org account to the automatic translation account. Can you please go into your site's backend > WPML > Translation Management > Tools > and let us know if you see them there? Mihai Apetrei
