Tell us what you are trying to do? A picture shall be used (the same) in all languages.

Is there any documentation that you are following? I have googled and scanned your site, but it did not help. When I try to change the following setting: WordPress dashboard - WPML - Settings - Post Types Translation - Media (attachments) goes back automatically to 'translatable'

Is there a similar example that we can see? If you go to the site, you see a sample company-logo. It disappears when language 'Swedish'. The pictures shall just be 1 file, shown in all languages

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Thank you for the updates. I took a closer look in your website and couldn't notice any issue with your logo between your website default language and the secondary language (swedish). By default, WPML uses duplication to make media files available in all languages, and it is the expected behavior when keeping a website available in different languages.
