We've migrated from our dev server (enovationcontrols.flywheelsites.com) to enovationcontrols.com, which is now the live site. Auto translate does not work.

Hi there,

I can locate your development site's autoamtic translation account from our side but it looks like the migration from the dev to the live site did not finish.

When visiting your site's wp-admin dashboard, do you see a Migration Wizard from WPML?

If the Wizard is not showing, try to deactivate and re activate the WPML plugin

The migration button won't go away and we can't finish the migration.

Once you log into the site, you see the migration box at the top:

I hit Start Migration. I see this next:

I keep Yes (recommended) selected. we see this:

The link goes to here: hidden link

The problem is that the beta site does not exist. The live site is the beta version. So the url simply forwards you to the same link on the current site:

However, this takes us to a page that doesn't work or doesn't exist.

I checked the error logs, and no errors are being seen. So it is a dead end.

You will not be re billed for the work that has been done already.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

Thank you, I have resolved this from our side and connected the new site to the existing organization.

It should work as expected now, please re register your site with a new registration key by using the prompt in the dashboard now as it's a new URL.

Let me know your results, please.

When I logged in I noticed the following warning at the top of the Dashboard

WPML experienced an issue while trying to automatically translating some of your content:

ucontrols for export

Inside the IX3212: A Smarter Approach to Power Distribution

To translate these items, please go to Translation Management and send them for translation.

If the problem continues, contact WPML support for assistance.

I followed the steps in the warning along with clearing any stuck jobs from WPML->Support->Troubleshooting "Retry Stuck ATE jobs"

and I was able to translate both of the listed items.
