This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You are managing credits for your site using WPML and have encountered discrepancies in credit counts across different environments. The live site shows only 28 credits, whereas the online account displays 40000 credits, and the staging site correctly shows 14908 credits.
Solution:
We recommend unregistering and re-registering WPML on your site to resolve this issue. Here are the steps:
1. Navigate to Plugins โ Add New and select the Commercial tab. Click 'Unregister WPML from this site'.
2. After the page loads, click on 'Register WPML'. You will be prompted to enter a site key. Click on 'Get a key for this site'.
3. In your WPML account, complete the site key wizard and set it to 'Production site'.
4. Copy your new key and paste it in the Commercial tab. Afterwards, you can delete your old site key in your WPML account.
