i have not used WPML in the past and i am facing many problems.

The two main problems are:
1. When i am on any category and i change the language (by the flag icon in the menu) i get the error No products were found matching your selection, while on the original language the items are shown.
2. I have also installed the Wholesale plugin. When someone logs in as a wholesale role non of the translation, either product or category are working.

Before starting to debug the issue, can you please confirm that you are using the latest versions of WordPress, the theme, all the installed plugins, and WPML with its add-ons?
You can check the latest released versions of WPML plugins under “My Account -> Downloads” on this site.
