Grazie mille.

Hi and thank you for contacting WPML Support!

I will be happy to help you with this.

1. Can you please let me know if you are referring to the page below?
hidden link

2. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Privacy and Security Policy

We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see:
https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/

**IMPORTANT**

- Please make a backup of the site files and database before providing us access.

- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box.

The private box looks like this: hidden link

In order to be able to help you faster, can you also please paste your WPML Debug information in the Debug information field?
http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

I will be waiting for your response.

Kind regards,
Mihai Apetrei

Hi.

I logged into the account you created for me but unfortunately, it seems that I don't have Administrator access.

Can you please update my user access to Administrator level and then let me know when that's ready?

Just a note that I won't be working on the weekend so I will be able to get back to you at the beginning of next week.

If you can't wait until the beginning of the next week, I recommend that you mark this ticket as resolved and then go back to the page where you can create a new ticket but instead a new ticket, please select live chat.

I will be waiting for your response.

Kind regards,
Mihai

Hi and thank you for your patience.

I was not able to use the Administrator access.

From what I can see (I am attaching a screenshot), you used the standard WordPress editor when you translated the pages. The way you should translate the pages would be by using the WPML Classic Translation Editor.

Please follow the exact process mentioned in the link below and things should work properly:
https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/divi-builder/

You should also be able to duplicate an Italian page into a Russian translation, following the procedure below and then simply edit it and change the text into the other language:
https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/displaying-untranslated-content-on-pages-in-secondary-languages/using-content-duplication/

If you will want to translate theme strings or other strings added in the code of a plugin for example, you will need the next membership type (at least the one in the middle that you can find at this link: https://wpml.org/purchase/). On the same link you will see a table with a comparation between all the WPML memberships, but having at least the middle one will allow you to download and install the WPML String Translation plugin and other plugins as mentioned in the DIVI and WPML documentation page.

Kind regards,
Mihai
