Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're having. While reviewing the page you shared, I noticed it is built using a page builder called "Kingcomposer," which is not currently on our list of compatible plugins. You can confirm this by visiting: https://wpml.org/plugin/

This could be a compatibility issue, possibly because WPML support hasn't been fully integrated with Kingcomposer's blocks, which might explain why they aren't visible in the translation editor.

However, I found that the content within Kingcomposer blocks is stored in shortcodes. You can enable translation support for these shortcodes so that the content within them becomes available for translation in the editor. For guidance on how to do this, please refer to this tutorial: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/register-page-builder-content-for-translation/

Since the page builder isn’t listed as compatible, I recommend reaching out to the plugin support team and requesting them to join WPML's Go Global program. For more information about this program, share this link with them: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/

I hope you can understand. Feel free to let me know if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hi There,
Thank you for the update.

Great to see that the contents are now showing translated.

I reviewed the Treatment section and noticed that the links are still directed to the Italian version. Could you please verify whether the URL field is set up to support translations? If the links are embedded within a shortcode, this setup might require additional steps. Please consult the link below to learn how you can enable translation support for the link field: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/register-page-builder-content-for-translation/#:~:text=Example%20of%20adding%20shortcode%20link%20attribute%3A%20type%3D%E2%80%9Dlink%E2%80%9D

If translation support has been properly implemented for the links, you'll need to locate these links in the Translation Editor and replace them with the correct translated versions during the translation process. For guidance on how to translate the links, please refer to the guide below.

- https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-translate-urls-shortcodes-and-html-attributes-using-the-advanced-translation-editor/#how-can-i-translate-urls-in-the-advanced-translation-editor

I hope the information above will help. Feel free to let me know if you need further guidance on clarification. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
