Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support.

1. You are using an older version of WPML plugins. Please backup your site and update ALL WPML plugins to it's latest versions. You can download it from your account: https://wpml.org/account/downloads/

2. Here are WPBakery Page Builder modules that are supported by WPML and will automatically be displayed on the Translator Editor page:
https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/how-to-build-multilingual-sites-with-wpbakery-page-builder-and-wpml/#supported-modules

And here is guide how to make custom VC element WPML translation editor compatible:
https://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-integration-with-page-builders-that-use-shortcodes/
https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/

Please let me know if this resolves your issue or you need further assistance.

Thank you

Hi,

Could you please make sure you have registered WPML in this site:
https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#automated-updates

Alternatively, you can click the Add New button at the top of the Plugins page and then click the Commercial tab and press ‘check for updates’ button

If still issue persists, Could you please delete and install WPML plugin manually?

To do a manual update please follow these steps:

1. Please take your full site backup.

2. Deactivate the existing WPML plugin.

3. Delete the plugin files – this does not delete your translations. You will simply delete the plugin files from your "wp-content/plugins" folder, NOT the database records.

4. Download the updated plugins from our servers (https://wpml.org/account/downloads/) and upload them to the plugin directory.

5. Activate the WPML plugin and add-ons.

Thank you

Hi,

could update the Plugin, bute I had to create the xml-file.

Is there any possibility to create the xml-file of the WPBakery Page Builder shortcodes automatically?

Kind regards

armin

Hi,

I do still have an issue:
I wanted to translate a post. But here is the same Problem: not all Textfields are showing in the translation manager. Only the excerpt field and the the title are translateable.
