Hi, it's been around 2 days that I haven't received any answer from WPML support for 2 of my tickets and I'm not happy at all about it.

I am really sorry to hear about this experience that you are having and I want to assure you that here, in the WPML team, we are doing our best to do things as good as possible for our clients.

I was looking over all of the three tickets that you opened till now in our Support forum and I can see that all of them are marked as resolved by you.

Can you please let me know which is the one that you are referring to so that I can understand what is the issue you are experiencing? If you can share the ticket link with me, that would be great and helpful.

After you do that, we can mark this ticket as resolved and re-open that ticket (maybe you marked it as resolved by mistake, sometimes this happens, too).
