I expected to see:
The English translated text, but I cannot find it in the WPML plugin. It should be somewhere in the backend but after searching for a long time I decided to contact you.

Can you please help me with this issue to find this text in wpml so I can translate it? Thank you very much in advance.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

No worries on the delay.

I was able to login successfully using the credentials that you shared.

I went here (hidden link) and I was able to translate the content.

You can see the "EN" strings that I added in front of the headlines:

To translate the content, I went to this link (hidden link) and then I clicked "Edit with WPBakery Page Builder" in the top-right section of the page.

Can you please let me know if that works on your side, too?

I will also attach a screenshot.
