Dear WPML Support, I am extremely unhappy with how the site is currently behaving with WPML. Several plugins have stopped working properly on the English side of the website, particularly the Divi Engine Filter Module and Search Module. In addition, templates in both English and Arabic are not displaying correctly. This is a live website, and these issues are seriously affecting functionality and user experience. I want to be clear: I am not looking for documentation or tutorial links. I have already reviewed them extensively, and many are outdated or not applicable. I need direct technical support to identify and resolve the root cause of these conflicts. If this issue is not resolved, I will seriously reconsider renewing WPML. Thank you for adding the administrator role to the user. I fixed an issue in the database's languages table and ran some troubleshooting steps. Then I disabled the redirection, and I can now see the homepage correctly. I kindly ask you to confirm that the homepage issue was solved and to check if the other problems are also solved. |

After running several tests, I decided to escalate this ticket to our 2nd tier of support, where our specialists will take a deeper look at this issue to isolate its cause.
