This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to translate page content built with Pro/Cornerstone and ACF using WPML, despite following initial plugin guidelines. Only menus, page titles, and Gravity forms are translated, while the main content and ACF custom post types (News, Case studies, Products) remain untranslated.

Solution:
1. Ensure that the WPML settings for custom fields and post types are correctly configured:
- Navigate to WPML -> Settings and locate the Custom Field Translation section. Set Pro/Cornerstone related fields (look for prefixes like '_cornerstone_', '_cs_') and ACF fields to Translate.
- In the Post Types Translation section, ensure that the custom post types are set to Translatable.
2. Use the WPML Translation Dashboard to send content for translation.
3. If issues persist, apply the workaround provided in the WPML errata for Pro Theme layout texts not being translatable via WPML translation editor: https://wpml.org/errata/pro-theme-layout-texts-not-translatable-via-wpml-translation-editor/
4. Increase the WordPress memory limit to at least 256MB as described here: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

/* Memory Limit */<br />define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

If these steps do not resolve the issue, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket for further assistance.

Bengt

I'm building a site with Pro/Cornerstone from Themeco. But I can't find out how to translate the content. Only my menus and page titles (and the Gravity form) are translated.
I'm also using ACF for 3 post types: News, Case studies & Products.
I've been using your plugin for many years and it's working well, but this time I think I have mede something wrong in my settings.

Best Regards
Bengt

I have tried Maiya's suggestions but it still doesn't work. I can't get hold of the content for translation.

I send 2 screenshots one from how the translation view looks and the other how my page looks.

Best Regards
Bengt

I deleted and reinstalled the WPML-plugins. And suddenly all ACF were translated. But still the pages content remain un-translated.

This is disturbing. What can I do?

Hi Bengt,
Thank you very much for your message and for sharing the debug information

1.- Please share the URL of a post/page where the issue can be seen and that we can use as a reference.

2.- I kindly ask you to share the access credentials to the site in your next message, which I have set private. This will allow me to reproduce the issue in the URL shared on the previous point and double-check the WPML configuration.

Confirm you have created a full site backup that you can restore if necessary.

3.- Increase the WP memory Limit. Minimum requirements are 128Mb: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/
You can add this to wp-config.php to increase WP memory:

/* Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

- Add it above the line /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

You can double-check the WordPress memory limit in WPML -> Support

Looking forward to your message.

Hi Carlos

I tried the script workaround, without success. So I decided to skip all the Components for now and returned to work only with templates for the text boxes (the old fashioned way). This works perfect.

I've read about the problem in the forum at Themeco. As I understand there will be a solution in the future. So I will try this with Components in the future. But for now I need a robust solution.

Thank you for your efforts. It's appreciated.

Best Regards
Bengt
