Order emails sent from WooCommerce contain {order_date} in the subject. However, this always prints out the date in English, despite the website language.

I'm getting: Ontvangstbewijs voor uw bestelling van 28 August 2019 bij Navacqs
Which should be: Ontvangstbewijs voor uw bestelling van 28 augustus 2019 bij Navacqs
