Problem: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: call_user_func_array(): Argument #1 ($callback) must be a valid callback, cannot access private method WPML_TM_ICL20_Migration_Notices::build_migration_required() in /wordpress/core/6.9.1/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php:341
Solution: We have identified the root cause of the issue, which is related to a problem that has already been resolved in the latest version of our plugin (4.9.0).
In order to fix the issue, a plugin update is needed.

I installed the OTGS installer and ran the setup. This worked flawlessly. I was in the WPML settings and after doing some configuration enabling custom fields, enabled all the recommended plugins like ACF Multilingual, string translation, and so on. It used to work. When I was in the language section and wanted to go to the glossar, the first fatal error from WordPress appeared. Then, on multiple other occasions, like in the JetPack settings, I could not even go to the plugins anymore because it was a fatal error. Something similar happened the last time I installed WPML on a fresh install. It's really a pity that every time such a mess happens. I just installed the backup before the installation because multiple backend features were broken. I don't understand why this is happens. It is a WordPress.com hosted website where we can install plugins. Do you have any hints on how to get this to work or what I need to do before something happens and breaks the site? Or how can I fix this? JetPack Log also showed changed users but multiple times at the same minute for all users but all users multiple times show up in the log. I guess when I setup the translation users in OTGS… but why so many times…   |

Please enable the WordPress debug log. This will allow us to see if any PHP errors are being produced. 1. Edit wp-config.php and insert the following lines (just before /* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */ part) define( 'WP_DEBUG', true); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true); define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false); 2. Reproduce the issue. 3. Locate the debug log in: /wp-content/debug.log 4. Good afternoon, Our preference would be to create a local clone of the website in order to debug the code effectively and identify the root cause of the issue. If you already have a full backup of the site, either from the point at which the issue was first observed or an up-to-date backup reflecting the current state, either option would be very helpful. Alternatively, if you prefer, you may grant us temporary access to the WordPress admin area. With your authorization, we can install the Duplicator Pro plugin and generate a downloadable copy of the site for debugging purposes. Please let us know which option is most convenient for you. |

Good afternoon, Thank you for the update. Providing access to a staging environment will be perfectly suitable for our purposes. Once access is available, I will proceed with the investigation, and if necessary, I will install the Duplicator Pro plugin on the staging site to create a local copy for debugging.
