We opened a support thread : but we've been 10 hours again without any answer of your customer service while our website is now broken for more then 3 days.

Clearly our website being broken because of using the paid version of your plugin is not a priority at WPML customer service, very very disappointing.

Please try finding a solution ASAP because now people visiting our website see an old blury image with an old menu caused by WPML plugin.
