This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I am trying to: translate my website to English, keeping the exact same display and look than the original pages in French

Solution: The cause of this issue is the way the CSS was written. As a workaround I kindly ask you to follow this steps:
- Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS > Add this code:

.parent-pageid-18899 .title h2 { /*This will only apply to the blockhain page in English*/
    color: #1b9bd6;
    font-weight: 400;
    font-size: 35px;
    border-bottom: 3px solid #1b9bd6;
    line-height: 1em;
    font-family: "Alternate Gothic";
}
#menu-la_anglais li a{ /*This will add the same color to the menu items*/
    color: #2f487c;
    padding: 0 7px;
}

The rest of the changes should be added by the theme's authors as this is custom coding which falls outside of our scope as a support service.

I expected to see: same display as in hidden link

Instead, I got: titles, navigation menu and text displays are different

1.- I kindly to ask you to follow this steps:
- Back up your site first before making any change, this is for security reasons.
- Update all outdated plugins and themes, specially WPML plugins, to their latest versions. Outdated functionalities can cause conflicts in the code.
- Flush any cache memory that might exists.
- If you added any custom CSS, please move it to Appearance -> Customize -> Addtional CSS.

Could you tell me the result of the steps above?

2.- Please increase the PHP Memory Limit. Minimum requirements are 128Mb: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/
You can add this to wp-config.php to increase WP memory:

/** Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M');
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );

- Add it above the line /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

Note: Please contact your hosting providers and ask them to update the MySQL version to meet our minimum requirements.

Hi Carlos,

Yes my provider restaured the website. I have updated all plug ins and Worpress. Now i can't find where to put that code to increase the memory.

This far, nothing changed in the website display though, still not correct.

The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
