Hello there,

Welcome to WPML support forum.

While one of my teammates takes care of your case I will provide you with the first debugging steps.

It is probable that your page structure wasn't copied when you try to translate your page. Could you please try the following:
- Go to your Dashboard > Pages.
- Open your homepage.
- Click on your top bar language selector and visit your secondary language.
- Click on the "Overwrite with xxx page" button on your right.
- Go back to your original page.
- Click on the translate button.
Does your page have the same structure now?

Let us know if it helps.
