I wanted to translate the website using WPML and MemSource plugins. After translation in MemSource I clicked "Export to Online Repository" and got message "jobs successfully uploaded to online repository". |

Hello, thanks for sharing the info, I have checked the mentioned Translation service and plugin. The mentioned service Memsource is not in our list of translation services at https://wpml.org/translation-service/ so they are not using a compatible method of sending translations to be handled by WPML. Besides that, their connector plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/memsource-connector/ is also not listed in our list of compatible plugins at https://wpml.org/plugin/. So, unfortunately for this issue, there's nothing we can do to help. You would need to contact the Memsource team for a possible workaround. I wold also recommend before contacting them to check Memsource documentation and how to set up your WordPress website settings to work correctly: - hidden link Similar issues reported to us: - https://wpml.org/forums/topic/when-i-click-on-translate-link-target-all-translation-saved-in-pages-are-lost/page/2/ - Please share the following URLs with Memsource tech support. They can apply for our plugin compatibility program and Translation service integration. https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/go-global-program/ https://wpml.org/announcements/2013/11/wpml-project-invites-translation-services-join/ It will help to make the Memsource translation service and its plugin fully compatible with WPML. We will be glad to help them out. I hope you understand our side here. Thanks and kind regards, |
