Problem:
You are experiencing issues where pages are not visible and appear distorted after translation using WPML. This includes problems with the visibility and formatting of translated pages.

Solution:
1. Create a staging site or backup your site, then activate a default WordPress theme to check if the issue persists. This helps determine if the problem is theme-related.
2. Ensure that the string that applies the style to the price is correctly translated in WPML's String Translation. Incorrect translation of this string was initially causing the issue but has been fixed.
3. If you encounter a 'Request Timeout' error while trying to access the WPML String Translation page, ensure that your server can handle the request and that the strings, especially those related to price ranges, are correctly translated and structured as per WPML guidelines.

If these steps do not resolve your issue or if the solution seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If problems persist, please open a new support ticket.

I just set the php 8.3 version, I ask you to proceed with extreme urgency, within 6 hours I will put the 7.4 version back if the problem has not been solved, I cannot keep the website online with the corrupted pages

For example, since I set the site to version 8.3, the German version of the site no longer works. Also check the other languages.

The cause of the issue appears to be the original one. The strings from the price range are not correctly translated in String Translation. I'm still searching for the strings, and I will get back to you as soon as I get them

Hi there,

I'm trying to load this URL: hidden link but it is throwing a 'Request Timeout' error. If you can load that URL, I kindly ask you to make sure the string or strings that appear are correctly translated, and the translations respect the structure -see attached image for reference-

Thank I recommend you to deactivate all plugins, except the WPML ones and Woocommerce. This will make the site faster, and once you translate the strings, you can reactivate the plugins.

You could increase the WordPress memory limit by adding or editing the corresponding line in the wp-config.php file.

If you find this line:

define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M'); 

change it to:
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');

If you don't find the line, just add the

define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');

Then save the changes and check if the site loads correctly.

Please contact your hosting providers and ask them to check the status of your site and the resource limits assigned. Let me know their answer.
