Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. Could you please follow below steps and let me know how it goes?

1. Please make sure minimum requirements for WPML meet:
https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

2. Please delete existing WPML Translation Management plugin and download the updated plugins from our servers (https://wpml.org/account/downloads/) and upload them to the plugin directory.

3. If still issue persists, please follow these steps in order to isolate the cause of the issue:
1. Backup your site first before making any change, this is for security reasons.
2. Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML.
3. Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Seventeen.
4. If the issue is gone, activate one by one to see which one there is an interaction issue.
5. Please add the debug report in the Debug Information box. I have also enabled debug info box for your next reply: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

Thank you

The version of PHP was too old and after update of a new one I was able to enter again in WP Back-end. Thanks a lot. SiR.
