Hi.

The order confirmation email customer receives has a part that can't be translated through string translation:

Shop URL:
Transaction Date:
Order ID:
Paid By:
Auth Code:

Hope you can help me solve this.

Welcome to WPML support. I'd be assisting you further on this issue.

Can you check if the strings are added by any other plugins, you can confirm this by testing the issue only with WooCommerce + WPML plugins?

If these strings are added by any other plugins, you can go to WPML->Themes and Plugin Localization and scan the plugins to register the string in WPML->String Translation.

I have attached the screenshot. As you can see, most of it is latvian. The english part is the strings that need to be translated.
There is Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer plugin but that's it.

I don't think they are added by Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer plugin, is it? can you help me finding which plugin is adding that info to the emails? I don't think they are default emails from WooCommerce too.

Could you please follow the below steps and let me know if this helps:
- Go to WPML->Themes & Plugin Localization-> Strings in the themes
- Select the plugin and scan the plugins
- Go to WPML->String Translation and search for those strings and translate it.

I had already done that multiple times.
The plugin has been scanned but those strings do not appear.

Can you contact the plugin author and ask how the strings are being added in the emails and ask if they are translation-ready strings?

The issue might be happening as the strings aren't translation-ready.
