I am trying to: checkout with paypal

I visited this URL:

I expected to see: paypal payment

Instead, I got: this message: "Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements. "

Hello Franck

Thank you for the Debug infos

Could you adjust a few configurations to see if the issue persist?

1. Please Update WooCommerce to WooCommerce 2.3.7 and make sure all other plugins / theme are updated too.

2. Please activate "Translate with WPML" in WPML > Theme and Plugin localization
- eventually scan theme and plugins for new strings and translate them in WPML > String Translation if missing.

3. Since you are using a NON English default language, please pay specific attention to this DOC:
http://wpml.org/faq/string-translation-default-language-not-english/
http://wpml.org/documentation/support/translating-woocommerce-sites-default-language-english/
==> basically you'll need to enter your strings in EN first in any case, and then translate them to your site's default and secondary languages.

4. Eventually try to contact your server admin and ask him if he could gently update to PHP 5.4 or greater.
Related issues have been solved in past with this upgrade

5. Please check if the issue also persist with the Parent Theme, freshly downloaded from the Themes Purchase page
Please acknowledge that in case the issue is nay happening with the Child Theme, we can only be of restricted support:
http://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/

6. Please also check with Theme Twenty Fourteen and NO plugins active but the WPML + AddOns and WooCommerce + Multilingual

Please don't hesitate to inform me in case the issue persist.

Thank you

Hi,
I did what you ask and the issue isn't resolved,
I pay attention that I have an error in top of admin page:
Warning: dirname() expects parameter 1 to be string, object given in /home/esty/kotel/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/inc/wpml-config/wpml-config.class.php on line 252 Warning: dirname() expects parameter 1 to be string, object given in /home/esty/kotel/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/inc/wpml-config/wpml-config.class.php on line 252 Warning: dirname() expects parameter 1 to be string, object given in /home/esty/kotel/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/inc/wpml-config/wpml-config.class.php on line 254

maybe this is the problem.
thanks

Hello Franck

I apologize the late answer, the ticket was marked as solved and therefore I only recognized that you still need help on this issue by yesterday.

Regarding the Error Message:
Please review this Errata Post here:
https://wpml.org/errata/php-errors-from-wpml-config-class-php/

If you carefully follow the steps mentioned there, the Error will be fixed and not anymore appear.

I can though not guarantee that this solves the issue with the missing PayPal Gateway.
Please don't hesitate to inform me in case the issue persist afterwards.

In case it does, could you confirm that you tried also to update the PHP version and even following the steps suggested in my Reply of MARCH 19, 2015 AT 5:14 PM does not solve the problem?

Thank you for your patience.
