Paypal express checkout not available in other languages

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
If you're experiencing issues with PayPal Express Checkout disappearing in languages other than your base language, it might be due to the multicurrency settings in WPML.
Solution:
We recommend checking your multicurrency settings in WooCommerce. Go to WooCommerce → WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency → Multicurrency and edit the currency settings to verify the available payment options. If the currency used for the Romanian language is not supported by PayPal Express Checkout, this could be why it's not appearing. Additionally, you can temporarily disable Multicurrency to see if the payment option then appears correctly in Romanian.

vargaB	Hello, I have just activated Express checkout with PayPal cards. On base language is working on the other 2 languages is disappearing. Paypal say is a WPML issue

vargaB	As you can see in English and Spanish, the express checkout debit-credit cards are available, while in Romanian language is not. Paypal says it is a wmpl issue. Thank you

I checked your setup and I can see that you are using multicurrency. The payment option is not appearing in Romanian because that currency is not yet supported for it, as shown in the screenshot. You can check this by going to WooCommerce → WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency → Multicurrency and editing the currency settings to review the available payment options. You will also notice that if you temporarily disable Multicurrency, the payment option appears correctly in the Romanian language.
