Hello there,

Thank you for sharing the details. I've read through your shared previous ticket.

I would like to look at this directly on your site. For this I would need temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site, preferably to a test/staging site where the problem has been replicated if possible.

The required fields can be found below the comments section. The information you enter is private, i.e. only you and I can see it and have access to it.

I may need to replicate your website locally. To do this, I need to temporarily install a plugin called "Duplicator" or "All in One WP Migration" on your website. This will allow me to create a copy of your website and content. Once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local website. Let me know if this works for you.

IMPORTANT

Please make a backup copy of the site files and database before giving us access.

- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields, this means your post and site login details are being made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details if you do not see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
I'm currently backing up my site, and I've activated an admin account for you. However, I'm having a problem with FTP: I only have one FTP account, which I can't share for security reasons, and I'm unable to create a temporary one for you. Also, the network admin is on vacation, so I can’t ask him. Is there another way?
Would it be possible for me to create a staging copy of the website and provide you with administrator access to it instead? Please let me know whether this would be sufficient for your investigation.
Thanks.

Hello there,

In this case we need access to production, since it uses the domain associated to the sitekey. We won't make any changes, it's primarily for checking. We don't need FTP access right now, you can simply send the website access. Thank you for understanding.

Thank you so much for sharing. I made the necessary checks and adjustments on our systems, so your website is properly registered. This should have solved the issue.

Please monitor, and let me know if the message shows again.

The message appeared again this morning (2 or 3 hours ago), but I assume you've resolved the issue since then. If there's still a problem, I'll notice it right away and get back to you. If there are no issues within 24 hours, I'll consider the problem resolved. Thank you for your help!
Friendly regards,
Pierre
