I am trying to: Update content on a translated page.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: WordPress backend, Pages -> Page Name -> Update

I expected to see: Page updating properly

Instead, I got: A Fatal error PHP (see screenshot)

This error only occurs on some pages.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support.

Please go to Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial and click the "search for updates" button. There are new versions of our plugins available.
Then please proceed with teh download for each utilized plugin and activate them.

In case the update will not solve the issue please go to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting and run the Clean Up options:

WPML > Support > Troubleshooting:
- Clear the cache in WPML
- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
- Fix element_type collation
- Fix WPML tables collation
- Assign translation status to duplicated content
- Set language information
- Fix terms count
- Fix post type assignment for translations

I hope this will solve th issue. Other wise proceed as follow:

Please download the latest versions of WPML Multilingual CMS 4.2.6 at https://wpml.org/downloads.

Deactivate and delete all WPML plugins, inclusive String Translation, Translation Management and so on. Do not worry, this process will not affect your translations and settings stored in the database.

Add WPML Mulitlingual CMS 4.2.6 again.

Then go to Plugins -> Install -> Commercial and download the add-ons. Also, select the "Enable After Download" button at the bottom of the plug-in selector.

Please let me know if the issue has been resolved.

Yours sincerely
Andreas
