This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I use the Brooklyn theme. When WPML String Translation is installed I get this error: PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function ot_recognized_social_links() Solution: This is a known issue with the Brooklyn theme. This should be resolved in the latest version of the theme.

I am trying to: install WPML String Translation after I installed WPML Multilingual CMS (what is currently working)

I got: HTTP ERROR 500

Error: PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function ot_recognized_social_links() in /var/www/wordpress/wp-content/themes/brooklyn/admin/ut-theme-options.php:887

It seems like this is a known issue with the Brooklyn theme.
This should be resolved in the latest version of the theme.

Can you please update the theme to the latest version and try again to activate WPML String Translation?
