I am trying to: I have just updated the plugins, it all shows it was updated, but I keep getting this notice on top of my WordPress

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. Please, try the following:

1 - Download all the mentioned plugins from your account.

2 - Unzip it and manually upload the plugin folders to your host wp-content/plugins folder replacing the current plugin files using some FTP software such as Filezilla.

3 - Deactivate and activate the affected plugins.

IMPORTANT: Please, note, a backup is required for security reasons and to avoid any data loss, you can use the plugin for these backup needs.
