Hello,

When i try and activate the WPML Multilingual CMS on my live site i get the following

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'class' (T_CLASS), expecting identifier (T_STRING) or variable (T_VARIABLE) or '{' or '$' in /var/www/vhosts/worldwide.wolves.co.uk/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/inc/functions.php on line 810

How can I fix this issue?

It works fine for me locally.

Thanks

Hello,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support.

Please enable the Debug Information so that we can provide faster support.

Please go to WPML > Support > Debug Information and give me the information in the next reply. You can read the detailed instruction here: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

Regarding your issue, please follow the below steps.

Please deactivate all WPML plugins. And then activate in this order.
1. WPML Multilingual CMS.
2. String Translation.
3. Translation Management.
4. Media Translation.

If it does not solve the issue, then there is a possibility that you are using a corrupt copy of the plugin. Please delete the plugin folder and upload a new version from your download page: https://wpml.org/account/downloads/

Please let me know if this works for you.

Thanks,
Rohan
