Problem: I am trying to: Translate Ultimate Membership Plugin pro using string translations, translations are done on the backend but they don't appear on frontend. All the languages showing english version.

Solution: I added the XML code to WPML -> Settings -> Custom XML Configuration to automatically include all strings from the plugin.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting WPML support.
I will do my best to help you solve this issue.

I was checking the configuration in the site and I can't enter to Settings -> Permalinks page.

I would like to ask you to follow this steps in order to isolate the cause of the issue:
- Back up your site first before making any change, this is for security reasons.
- Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML.
- Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Seventeen.
- If the issue is gone, activate one by one to see with which one there is an interaction issue.

Could you tell me the result of this steps?

Kind regards,
Carlos

Hi Wajiha,

I'm glad to hear that the issue is solved 🙂
I added the correspondent code to WPML -> Settings -> Custom XML Configuration and it seems that this time WPML and this plugin worked correctly.

Note: I'm sorry but I don't understand this new issue regarding the Events. Also, as the original issue is solved I kindly ask you to open a new ticket about this new issue and describe the steps to reproduce it there. This way we will be following the forum's rule of one ticket per issue.

Thank you very much for your understanding!
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need our help in the future with WPML. We will be more than happy to help.
Best regards,
Carlos
