plugin update

gulruE	I need to update wpml referring to your mail of wp version 6. at the website I have WPML Multilingual CM 4.5.6 and it needs to be upgraded. 1- Shall I download MANUALLY and ONLY the WPML Multilingual CMS 4.5.7 from your site and later to upload to my website? 2- What is the order of the process: first I upload the new version to the website and AFTERWARDS I delete the version 4.5.6 or first I delete the old version 4.5.6 and AFTERWARDS I upload the new version?

You can either update straight from your WordPress backend or you can disable WPML, delete it, then download the latest version (https://wpml.org/account/downloads/), install it, and activate it.
