I am trying to: update WPML plugins

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: /plugins.php

I expected to see: WPML plugins that show they are out of date

Instead, I got: No option to update WPML or to add new plugins

Hello,

This seems to be related to your WordPress capabilities and is most likely controlled by your host provider or custom code added within your wp-config.php file

Its unlikely that WPML would cause this behavior , as a test deactivating WPML also does not resolve this.

please review your wp-config.php file for any custom code that limits the ability to add/install plugins and also contact your host provider please .

let me know if i can be of any more assistance during this process

also note the minimum capabilities available in my screenshot , as an administrator i should have more capabilities normally
