I updated wpml and found that I tried to duplicate in the post, but it didn't have any response.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
Normal before it is updated

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Hi there,

I will help you with your issue.

The issue seems to be a JS conflict, Try using Google Chrome built-in console to see if there are any errors displayed. You can access the console from the Google Chrome Settings > Tools > JavaScript Console.

It would be good if you can provide me with the WordPress debug.log (not WPML debug information).

To enable it, open your wp-config.php file and look for define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);. Change it to:

define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

In this case, the errors will be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory.

If you can paste your debug.log to and provide me that link it would be great! (This is the cleanest way because sometimes the logs are long and create a complete mess in the discussion).

I am trying to enable debug.log
But I didn't find it in the wp-content directory, so I can't provide you with more log information.

Thanks for the screenshot, The issue seems similar to the known issue with an older version of WPML, I'm not sure about the version of WPML used in your site please provide WPML debug information with can be obtained from WPML > Support

Please follow the below steps :

Recomended: Secure a backup of your site and database

1) Update WPML to the latest version if not already updated
2) Fix mixed content issue the site is loaded over https and the resources are loaded over http
3) Disable all non-WPML plugins check if the issue can be reproduced

Hi Raja
I am using the latest wpml. But I found that the wordpress version is 5.1 which causes the work to not work properly, updating to 5.2.2 everything is fine.
