Background of the issue:
I am trying to duplicate posts using the WP API with my plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-duplicator/. After creating a post, it does not display in the post list/table. The WPML > Support page indicates that REST API is disabled, blocking some features of WPML, but I am using it to create posts.
Symptoms:
The newly created post does not appear in the post list/table until I view the new post edit screen and then return to the post table.
Questions:
Why is the new post not showing in the post list/table immediately after creation?
Is the REST API actually disabled, and how does it affect WPML features?

Hello,
If you can access the REST API in your browser, then the message might be a false positive. Your site seems to use a domain that is currently not publically available and this might be why WPML cannot validate if the REST API is enabled.
About the duplicate page issue:
What clarify what makes you think that this issue is caused by WPML? Does the issue still occur if you disable WPML?
If it does, then it is not caused by WPML. If the issue does not occur once WPML is disabled, then please let us know and we will try to recreate and escalate the issue.
Best regards
Andreas
