trying to control which translations is accessible to the translator after translations are done and post is published

Is there any documentation that you are following?
No, didn't find any

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Thank you for contacting the WPML Support Forum.

Completed translation jobs will always show up for Translation Managers and Translators who worked on the translation.

This includes Translation Management Dashboard and Translation jobs tabs and the Translation Queue. Any completed content will always show up as long the content exists on the website.

The edit option should be helpful, in case a translator needs to make changes to the earlier created translation.

If you wish to update the translation, you can create a new translation job and assign it to a specific translator of your choice.
